Connecting to your veterinary clinic through nuzlo is simple. First, make sure you have a nuzlo account — you can create one for free directly in the app. Once your account is set up, ask your veterinary clinic if they use nuzlo Clinic Connect. If they do, a staff member will generate a unique invite code tied to your account. Navigate to the "My Clinic" tab in the nuzlo app, enter the invite code your clinic provided, and tap Connect. Once confirmed, your pet's records — including vaccines, medications, and visit notes — will automatically sync from your clinic's system directly into your app. Any updates your vet makes to your pet's records will appear in real time, so you always have the most current health information at your fingertips. If your clinic is not yet on nuzlo, you can let them know about nuzlo Clinic Connect or direct them to our website to join the waitlist!

The AI Symptom Checker helps you assess your pet's health concerns in real time by analyzing the symptoms or situation you describe and providing a personalized response based on your pet's species, breed, age, and weight. When you describe a symptom or concern, the checker evaluates the severity and assigns one of five urgency levels — ranging from low concern to urgent — so you always know whether something can be managed at home, monitored closely, or needs immediate veterinary attention. For general health questions, the checker skips the urgency ranking altogether and simply answers using your pet's profile, giving you breed-specific and species-appropriate guidance without unnecessary alarm. Whether you're wondering if a symptom is serious, trying to understand if something your pet ate is dangerous, or just curious about your pet's health, the AI Symptom Checker gives you a knowledgeable, personalized starting point.

nuzlo is free to download and the core features are available at no cost. For access to premium features like the AI Symptom Checker and the ability to manage multiple pet profiles, nuzlo Premium is available as a monthly subscription. However, if your veterinary clinic uses nuzlo Clinic Connect, your premium features are unlocked automatically at no charge to you — your clinic covers the cost as part of their subscription, so you get the full nuzlo experience for free just by being connected.
